About Me

Monica Knudson aka Ramsukh Kaur, a spiritual name with Sanskrit origins chosen by her Kundalini community of elders. Ramsukh’s teaching journey began in 2011, after attending a weekend workshop in Dallas, Texas; an introductory course to Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bajan. After a profound weekend in Dallas, her Kundalini training continued with The Radiant Child Yoga platform offered by Shakta Kaur Khalsa. This 200-hour residential certification focused on specialty populations including youth, seniors and differently-abled populations. In 2013, she began sharing these techniques in Montessori schools and local yoga studios. Over the years, Ramsukh has enjoyed helping her students bring an awareness of their body’s own potential to self-heal by introducing a variety of movement-based healing platforms into their health and wellness protocols.

In 2021, Ramsukh continued her training with Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa; earning her Yoga Alliance (YA) and International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association (IKYTA) recognition. This 28-day program focused on the science, practices and methodology for applying these ancient techniques for a more therapeutic and whole-body approach serving more generalized populations.

Ramsukh began to develop an integrative approach to wellness and began offering a niche-specific application for athletes and golfers; optimizing levels of neuromuscular efficiency, stability, functional strength and power while greatly reducing the risk for injury. Ramsukh blends her National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) golf fitness certification with her yoga background to address the physiological demands of golf. This blend of dynamic exercises, intricate breath patterns and specialized meditation techniques is a symphony of physical and subtle systems working together to support the body’s natural biorhythms. This multi-approach platform has been labeled Kundalini Kinetics by Kaur.

As her personal practice and understanding of the teachings has evolved, she has expanded these techniques to include populations with addictions and impulse disorders receiving my SuperHealth certification in 2024. This specialty focus, uses a variety of therapies and techniques to heal, rebalance and rebuild the nervous and glandular systems. Fascinated by this blend of ancient wisdom and modern medicine, in 2025 Ramsukh began the certification for The International Kundalini Yoga Therapy Professional Training, accredited by The International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT). This additional training addresses issues relating to joint and mobility restrictions, pain, inflammation, sleep, mental health and trauma recovery. It is her desire, passion and goal to share this wisdom and help others find transformation using these ancient techniques.
